Portrait: Alyssa

So this amazing shoot was with a good friend of mine, Alyssa. The pictures were actually supposed to be for her Sweet 16, but it took some time to actually get to doing them so Happy 16 and 1/2 Birthday, Alyssa! You truly are a lovely young woman, inside and out.

Engagement: Daniel and Breann

Where do I start with these two? I have gone to school with them since kindergarten and have been friends with them far before they ever fell in love. I still remember when they first started dating during (I believe) our Sophomore year of high school. Our Senior year they won the award for "Most Likely Never to be Seen Apart." Needless to say, I have seen these two in many stages of life and I truly believe they are happiest in this one. I'm so excited for you guys!

And I'll end with my two favorites.

Family: The Carmichaels

The Carmichael family is an exceptionally big one, not all of them were even present for out session out in Wrightwood. Not only is the family big, but they are extra special as well. They are a mix of biological, foster, and adopted children- but wait it gets better! I am still not sure which kids belong in which category, because their parents love each of them so much. I don't know if Holly and Pat know how much they are blessing these kids lives,but they are, you can see it in each of their faces. These pictures are just a little piece of a family that has gone beyond social lines and just loves.
